Your Granite Bay Retreat Guide
Dining, recreation & self-care in the Granite Bay, Roseville, Folsom area
The days you spend here are designed to be more than therapy sessions. The distance from your usual environment is part of the work and the space between sessions matters too.
Granite Bay sits at the edge of Folsom Lake in the Sierra Nevada foothills, about 25 miles east of Sacramento — oak woodlands, lake views, excellent food, and enough space to breathe. All recommendations are within 15–20 miles of the office unless noted.
